A new subscription model for Scribd

Scribd, a popular digital books and audiobooks service, needed to evolve its unlimited model to a subscription-based one. I worked with the leadership team to understand the digital books market, reading and media behaviors of their customers and non-customers, and prototyped several ways to arrive at a model that worked for both customers and the company. One year on, Scribd is profitable and growing. (IDEO)
